真球蟲目（學名：Eucoccidiorida），是頂複門類錐體綱球蟲亞綱之下的一個目[1][2]，是一種單細胞的微小成胞的寄生物種。本目的原生物種可寄生在人體、家畜、家禽及野生動物的體內。當中包括有可引起弓蟲病的弓形蟲及可引起等孢球蟲病的貝氏等孢球蟲（Isospora belli）。
分類
本目的分類比較複雜，現時我們仍只有片面的認識。當中大致可以分為兩個大分支，分別為[3]：
- 等孢球蟲類：弓漿蟲屬（Toxoplasma）、新孢球蟲屬（ Neospora）、部分等孢球蟲屬（Isospora）及肉孢子蟲屬（Sarcocystis），
- 球孢子蟲類：蘭卡屬（Lankesterella）[4]、核孢子蟲屬（Caryospora）[5]及其他在艾美亞目之下的物種。
當中，等孢球蟲屬跟弓漿蟲屬及新孢球蟲屬比跟肉孢子蟲屬較為接近[6]。
