甜醬油(印尼語:kecap manis)是一種具有糖蜜般甜味的醬油,原產於印度尼西亞。由於甜醬油中添加了大量棕櫚糖以及石蜜,所以甜醬油的顏色較深,而且呈粘稠糖漿狀。[1] 甜醬油是印度尼西亞飲食中用到的最多的醬油,估計佔全國醬油總產量的90%。 [2]
