王誓（？—347年），中國五胡十六國時代成漢皇帝李勢的尚書僕射。
347年東晉桓溫滅成漢，將李勢押送到建康。王誓心中不服，和鎮東將軍鄧定、平南將軍王潤、將軍隗文等人全都起兵反晉，各擁兵眾數萬。桓溫親自攻打鄧定，派袁喬攻打隗文，將其擊敗。桓溫命益州刺史周撫鎮守彭模，斬殺了王誓、王潤[1][2]。
