王茜華（1970年10月28日—），陝西西安人，中國大陸女演員。她曾獲得2004年中國電視劇飛天獎優秀女演員獎。[1][2]
1986年至1990年就讀於西安藝術學校。1990年進入西安兒童藝術劇院任演員。1996年畢業於上海戲劇學院表演系。畢業後進入北京人民藝術劇院，任話劇演員。
