王立岩（1962年—），中國人民解放軍火箭軍中將。
曾任第二炮兵司令部副部長[1]、第二炮兵工程大學士官職業技術教育學院院長[2]。2012年，任第二炮兵54基地副總工程師[3]。2014年7月，任海軍南海艦隊副參謀長（掛職）[4]。後任火箭軍55基地參謀長等職。2019年，任中央軍委辦公廳副主任。2021年8月，任中央軍委聯勤保障部隊司令員[5]。2024年10月，調任火箭軍副司令員[6]。
2013年12月晉升少將軍銜[7]，2021年8月晉升中將軍銜[8]。
2022年10月在中國共產黨第二十屆全國代表大會上當選候補中央委員。
