王治權（1945年9月-），中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。
1964年至1968年，在北京外國語學院西班牙語系學習。1968年至1990年，先後在解放軍4585部隊、廣東輕工業品進出口分公司、廣東省外貿局、駐阿根廷使館商務處、外貿部、經貿部、駐哥倫比亞使館商務處、駐烏拉圭使館工作。1990年至1994任經貿部、外經貿部美洲大洋洲司副司長。1994年至2001年任外經貿部美洲大洋洲司司長[1]。2001年，接替王成家，擔任中華人民共和國駐古巴大使[2]。2004年，由李連甫接任。2004年至2005年任駐特立尼達和多巴哥共和國特命全權大使。2005年12月退休。
2010年9月任商務部中國國際經濟合作學會會長, 2012年9月起任顧問。
