王兵（1961年7月—），陝西銅川人。男，漢族，中國人民解放軍中將。
1976年2月參加中國人民解放軍。曾任廣州軍區第42集團軍163師師長。2009年—2014年，任第42集團軍副軍長。2014年—2016年，任第14集團軍軍長[1]。2016年，任中國人民武裝警察部隊副司令員[2]。2019年12月，調任蘭州軍區善後辦主任[3]。
2010年7月，授中國人民解放軍少將軍銜。2016年，轉為武警少將警銜。2017年7月，授中國人民武裝警察部隊武警中將警銜。
