生平
1948年參加工作，1952年加入中國共產黨，1958年6月，中共雲南省委任命王仁波為隴川縣縣委書記[1]。1964年6月擔任瑞麗縣委書記。1965年10月至1966年5月，選任政協瑞麗縣委員會第五屆主席[2][3]。1975年6月至1977年4月，擔任中共施甸縣委員會書記[4]。
