牛紹堯（1944年5月—2014年8月23日），男，漢族，雲南昆明人，中華人民共和國政治人物，全國人民代表大會雲南地區代表[1]。
生平
1967年，畢業於雲南大學物理系半導體專業。1973年12月加入中國共產黨。1992年，擔任雲南省人民政府副省長、雲南省人大常委會副主任。2008年當選第十一屆全國人大代表[2]。
2014年8月23日，在昆明逝世，享年71歲[3]。
