生平
熊運浪早年在南昌職業技術師範學院應用化學系就讀，畢業後步入政壇[1]，長期在南昌市下轄的新建縣、南昌縣任職[2]。2011年8月，升任南昌市人民政府副秘書長[3]，2013年，轉任中共南昌市委副秘書長[4]。2014年9月，轉任中共南昌市青山湖區黨委副書記、區長[5]。2016年，升任中共青山湖區黨委書記[6]。
2020年1月，熊運浪調任中共南昌縣委書記、小藍經濟技術開發區黨工委書記[7]；期間，因為表現優異，他於2021年6月獲中共中央組織部授予「全國優秀縣委書記」稱號[8]；同年7月，轉任中共南昌市委常委、政法委書記[9]。2022年4月，轉任中共贛州市委副書記[10]。2023年4月，熊運浪來到萍鄉市，並接替已經升任中共萍鄉市委書記的劉爍，出任中共萍鄉市委副書記、市人民政府市長[11]。
