潘鍾祥（1906年8月12日—1983年10月25日），字瑞生，生於河南汲縣，病逝於北京。中國石油地質學家，中國石油地質學開創者之一。
生平
1931年畢業於北京大學地質學系，1941年在美國石油地質學家協會會志上發表《中國陝北及四川白堊系石油的非海相成因》一文，最早提出中國陸相生油的觀點。1943年獲堪薩斯大學碩士學位，1946年獲明尼蘇達大學博士學位。回國後曾任中山大學教授、兩廣地質調查所所長、北京大學教授、北京地質學院教授等職。
