波倫佐城堡（意大利語：Castello di Pollenzo）位於皮埃蒙特大區庫內奧省布拉的波倫佐。
1997年，作為薩伏依王室居所的一部分，聯合國教科文組織將其列為世界遺產。薩伏依王朝, 撒丁國王卡洛·阿爾貝托。
聖維多堂（Chiesa di san Vittore）與城堡相連，也建於19世紀40年代，由埃內斯托·梅拉諾建造，新哥德式風格。
這裏現在是美食科學大學（Università di Scienze Gastronomiche）和葡萄酒銀行（Banca del Vino）的所在地[1]。
