高鐵血紅蛋白[2]（也稱變性血紅素[3]，英語：Methemoglobin或英語：Methaemoglobin[註 1]）是氧攜帶金屬蛋白血紅蛋白的一種形式，這種血紅蛋白中血紅素基團裏的鐵離子呈正三價狀態（高鐵狀態，Fe3+），並不是正常血紅蛋白中的正二價狀態。不像氧合血紅蛋白，高鐵血紅蛋白無法與氧氣結合。這種蛋白在血液中呈現淺藍-棕色。NADH依賴型酶高鐵血紅蛋白還原酶負責將高鐵血紅蛋白變回原來正常的血紅蛋白。
