楊貞婦，明朝女性人物，潼關衛人。
楊氏許嫁郭恆。萬曆初年，郭恆客游湖南，久久不歸。楊氏的父親準備接受其他人的聘禮，楊氏不同意，剪掉頭髮自己守節。家中有岩壁，在牆上挖洞居住，用布袋吊下供應飲食，如此經過了二十六年。郭恆回來後，二人才成婚。[1]
