梁麗萍（1966年—），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
加入中國民主同盟，擔任民盟山西省委常委、山西大學國家大學生文化素質教育基地主任。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中華全國青年聯合會，分入第十六組。[2]2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[3]。
