楊嫻（1967年4月—），女，山東青島人，中華人民共和國外交官，現任中華人民共和國駐名古屋總領事。[1]
生平
楊嫻早年曾在外交部亞洲司、外交部新聞司、外交部幹部司、駐埃及大使館、駐沙特阿拉伯大使館任職。[2]後任外交部辦公廳參贊兼外交部扶貧工作領導小組辦公室主任[3][4]和外交部駐香港特派員公署參贊兼辦公室主任[5][6]。2022年9月，出任中華人民共和國駐名古屋總領事[7]。
