李福春（1964年4月1日—），吉林九台人。1996年3月加入中國共產黨。吉林工業大學管理科學與工程專業畢業，研究生學歷，管理學碩士學位。
歷任中國第一汽車集團公司科長、處長助理、處長、公司發展部部長，吉林省經濟貿易委員會副主任、省發展和改革委員會副主任，長春市副市長，省發展和改革委員會主任等職。2011年5月，任吉林省人民政府秘書長[1]。2014年4月李福春任省政府辦公廳主任（兼）[2]。2015年12月，任東北證券黨委書記[3]。
