李尚志（1947年6月29日—），男，四川內江人，中國數學家，曾任中國科學技術大學數學系主任，北京航空航天大學理學院院長，北京航空航天大學數學與系統科學學院院長。
生平
李尚志1947年出生於四川省內江市。1965年考入中國科學技術大學數學系。期間遇上文革，故畢業後在大巴山工作八年，曾任小學音樂教師。
撥亂反正後考取中國科學技術大學研究生（中國大陸首批）。1982年於中國科學技術大學獲博士學位，是中國自己培養的首批18名博士之一。[1][2]是教育部首批國家級教學名師。主持三門國家級精品課程。
2004年任教於北京航空航天大學，出任北京航空航天大學理學院院長。
