唐代宗時，王璵以祭祀妖妄，官至將相，很多左道都以此求官。李國禎謁見代宗時，奏請在昭應縣（今陝西省西安市臨潼區）南筑天華上宮露台、大地婆父等祠堂，並三皇、道君、太古天皇、中古伏羲、女媧等各為堂皇，並置掃灑宮戶，昭應縣東建龍堂。因昭應縣令梁鎮上疏反對，未成。
