生平
1976年加入中國共產黨。歷任中共河北省元氏縣委常委、組織部部長、副書記、縣長、縣委書記，石家莊市郊區區委書記，衡水市委副書記、代市長、市長、市委書記等職。2006年7月任河北省省長助理，2007年12月因違反換屆選舉紀律，被免去一切行政職務。2010年3月復出，任河北省國資委監事會主席[1]。2014年7月任河北省國資委黨委副書記[2]。
