朱由𣡊為崇禎十五年（1643年）壬午科舉人，為廣東教諭[1]。隆武二年（1646年），充鄉試同考官。永曆帝即位，任翰林院侍讀。永曆二年（1648年）十月，以原官兼東閣大學士，入閣。次年正月罷官，李成棟以他事誣告下獄，被殺。
