朱政學（1962年3月—），漢族，河北趙縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任河北省委組織部常務副部長，2018年12月出任中共邢臺市委書記[1]，2019年12月任中共秦皇島市委書記。[2]2021年6月不在擔任中共秦皇島市委書記[3]，出任為河北省政協社會和法制委員會主任。[4]
