朱伯儒（1938年11月—2015年9月15日），廣東茂名人，中國人民解放軍將領。
1955年3月入伍，1969年3月加入中國共產黨，歷任武漢軍區空軍後勤部副部長。1986年，任成都軍區空軍政治部副主任。1988年，授少將軍銜。1993年，調任廣州軍區空軍副政委[1]。2015年9月15日在廣州逝世，享年77歲[2]。
朱伯儒積極學雷鋒。在80年代，被宣傳機構曾經把作為「八十年代新雷鋒」廣泛宣傳，受到當時中共黨首的題詞表演，成為當時的道德楷模。有《朱伯儒的故事》出版。[3]。
