方濟各·馬爾基薩諾（意大利語：Francesco Marchisano；1929年6月25日—2014年7月27日）是天主教會樞機，意大利人，原梵蒂岡城國教宗代理主教、聖伯多祿大殿總鐸。
馬爾基薩諾出生於意大利拉科尼吉，於1952年6月29日晉鐸，1989年1月6日晉牧。2002年4月24日出任梵蒂岡城國教宗代理主教、聖伯多祿大殿總鐸。2003年10月21日被教宗若望保祿二世冊封為樞機。[1]
