文津閣（滿語：ᡧᡠ
ᡩᠣᡤᠣᠨ
ᠠᠰᠠᡵᡳ，穆麟德轉寫：šu dogon asari）是清代皇家藏書館，位於承德避暑山莊平原區西部。
歷史
文津閣建於乾隆三十九年（1774年）。主樓文津閣高二層，是一座仿照浙江寧波天一閣建造的藏書樓。文津閣藏有清代編纂的《四庫全書》一部和《諸子集成》一部。文津閣前有一個池塘，四圍假山上一個露窗倒影入池水中，宛如新月。
