《政治經濟學和稅收原理》（英語：On the Principles of Political Economy and Taxation），是李嘉圖的經濟學著作。這部書包括了經濟學上的 土地收益隨着人口而增長。書中也明確提出了比較優勢原理，因此證明國家都能通過自由貿易獲利，即便是沒有絕對優勢的時候也是如此。
