支鏈氨基酸

支鏈氨基酸^[1]（branched-chain amino acid，BCAA）是指白胺酸、異白胺酸和纈胺酸三種分子結構中側鏈具有分支結構的胺基酸。在運動界常作為增強肌肉力量的補充劑。
