拿婆（閩東語：Nā-bò̤）是福建民間信仰中的一位神祇，拿公的妻子。根據《閩都別記》的記敘，拿婆是宋代福建邵武拿口鎮人，其夫拿公為救當地百姓於投毒的瘟神，就搶奪並吞下了瘟神所有的毒丸，毒發而死，拿婆趕來伏屍痛哭，也吸入毒氣身亡。死後與其夫一起成仙，先是成為當地的土神，後又成為井神、水神和水上航行之神、護佑船隻平安。拿婆與拿公一起被供奉於拿公廟中，在福建和琉球群島都有信眾。[1][2][3]
