徐份（549年—570年），徐陵之子，南朝陳東海郡郯縣人，出自東海徐氏。
徐份善作文章，年輕時有父風，九歲時撰成《夢賦》。開始擔任秘書郎、太子舍人，轉任豫章王主簿。出為海鹽令，在海鹽縣有政績，以政績入為太子洗馬。性情孝悌，父親徐陵得病，他跪誦《孝經》，晝夜不息，徐陵病癒才停止。太建二年卒，時年二十二歲。
