張林池（1911年—2002年10月30日），河北清苑人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年畢業於河北農學院、北京大學，後任晉察冀邊區第三專署專員、邊區政府實業處副處長。1947年，任華北人民政府農業部副部長。中華人民共和國成立後，任中央人民政府農業部辦公廳主任。1951年9月，任中央人民政府農業部副部長。1956年，任農墾部副部長。1964年，任中共黑龍江省委書記處書記[1]。
