張慶文（1956年2月—），四川人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
1976年12月，任四川樂山客車廠子弟校教師；1978年3月，就讀於成都中醫學院醫學系。1982年9月至1998年4月，任成都中醫藥大學婦科教研室講師、副教授。1998年4月，擔任成都中醫藥大學教授、大學教務處處長[1]。
