疲勞性骨折（英語：fatigue fracture）又稱應力性骨折（stress fracture），是由於長期、反覆、較輕微的應力（例如腿或踝持續負重）集中作用於骨骼的某一部位，導致骨骼斷裂；疲勞性骨折常為不完全骨折，骨頭上只有小裂痕，但也可為完全斷裂的骨折[1][2]。常發生於脛骨、跖骨，以及相對少見的股骨、橈骨。

疲勞性骨折是一種常見的運動傷，在運動員中常有發生。由於疲勞性骨折常為骨骼上非常細小的裂縫或破碎，在X光檢查中通常不易看出，因此容易被漏診或誤診。一般通過CT掃描、核磁共振成像或骨掃描對其確診。
