獎金

獎金是指公司給職工基本工資之外的金錢獎勵。獎金是激勵員工的方式之一。通常員工每月的基本工資只有固定的金額，但獎金金額往往會不固定，例如獎金會根據年營業額以及吸引的客戶數量來計算。^[1]
