尚臘邊（1974年8月—），景頗族，雲南隴川人，中華人民共和國地方官員，北京航空航天大學軟件工程專業碩士學歷[1]，現任瑞麗市人民政府市長。
生平
1997年8月，尚臘邊參加工作，歷任中共德宏州委統戰部辦公室副主任、主任，盈江縣人民政府副縣長，德宏州商務局副局長，德宏州外事辦公室主任等職[1]。2016年12月，任中共瑞麗市委常委、姐告邊境貿易區工委書記[2]:84,86。2018年2月轉任中共德宏州委副秘書長，2020年6月升任秘書長[1]。2021年1月25日，出任瑞麗市人民政府代理市長[3]。2021年2月28日，瑞麗市十七屆人大七次會議召開，正式選舉尚臘邊為瑞麗市人民政府市長[4]。
