安提瓜和巴布達總理，是安提瓜和巴布達的政府首腦。1981年安提瓜和巴布達從英國獨立而設此職。擔任者往往是獲得眾議院多數支持的政黨領袖，再循例由安提瓜和巴布達總督任命。
