防叔（？—？），中國春秋時期魯國政治人物，作為魯國的防地（今山東省曲阜市防山鄉）大夫。宋國司馬孔父嘉的曾孫，木金父的孫子，也就是孔子的曾祖父，叔梁紇的祖父。清朝雍正元年（1723年），清世宗雍正帝追封防叔為貽聖王。
