奧薩馬·道格拉斯（阿拉伯語：زيد عباس，1979年9月18日—）約旦職業籃球運動員，現效力於中國男子籃球職業聯賽的天津榮鋼金獅籃球俱樂部，同時也是約旦國家男子籃球隊成員。
道格拉斯隨約旦隊參加了2007年亞洲籃球錦標賽，2009年亞洲籃球錦標賽，2011年亞洲籃球錦標賽和2013年亞洲籃球錦標賽。2011年，達格里斯幫助約旦國家隊取得亞錦賽亞軍的歷史最好成績，2009年亞洲籃球錦標賽季軍的成績也使得約旦國家隊首次晉級世界籃球錦標賽。
在2011年亞錦賽上，達格里斯率領約旦國家隊闖入最後決賽，最終約旦1分惜敗中國無緣冠軍。
