夏馨（英語：Therese Shaheen），美國企業家、外交官，2002至2004年曾任美國在台協會理事主席，現任USAsia International Inc.主席。夏馨畢業於喬治城大學外交學院，獲有約翰霍普金斯大學保羅·H·尼采高級國際研究學院國際公共政策碩士學位。她撰寫的亞洲事務、美國政治及其他問題相關文章曾刊載於各報紙雜誌。目前定居於馬里蘭州波托馬克。
