聖路易斯[1]（葡萄牙語：São Luís）是巴西東北部馬拉尼昂州的首府，位於聖馬科斯灣的聖路易斯島之上，是巴西三個位於島嶼之上的州府之一。該城城區人口約100萬，都會區人口則約為123萬。
聖路易斯是巴西各州首府之中唯一由法國人建立的。
