周勝坤（19世紀—1856年），太平天國將領。清代廣西省人。
周勝坤原來是典當商[1]，早年參加拜上帝會。1850年授左一軍副典聖庫，參加金田起義。1853年升炎二正將軍，率軍攻鎮江、揚州、瓜州一帶[2]。12月攻打三叉河，參與救援揚州有功，加授恩賞丞相。1854年5月，升為夏官又正丞相，鎮守安徽廬州府。1856年4月，周勝坤守衛江蘇鎮江湯頭，與清軍戰鬥，戰敗陣亡。
