周友亞（1963年4月—），湖北孝感人，中國人民武裝警察部隊中將。
1979年參加中國人民解放軍，曾參加中越邊境作戰。曾任陸軍54集團軍127師師長[1]。2013年任陸軍第20集團軍副軍長[2]。2017年3月，任陸軍第78集團軍副軍長。同年12月，升任東部戰區陸軍參謀長[3]。2021年3月，升任武警部隊參謀長[4][與來源不符]。2023年1月，卸任武警部隊參謀長，任副司令員。
2013年12月晉升少將軍銜，2021年3月晉升中將警銜。[來源請求]
