吳世民（1967年11月—），男，滿族，遼寧寬甸人。1992年畢業於同濟大學測量專業，1992年8月參加工作，1999年12月入黨。現任本溪市市長。

2011年12月，任丹東市振安區區長；2012年11月，任振安區委書記（2015年3月-2015年4月在中央黨校第2期縣委書記研修班學習）；
2016年3月，任中共寬甸滿族自治縣縣委書記；
