《名古屋議定書》,全稱為《關於遺傳資源獲取與公平平等分享使用惠益的名古屋議定書》(The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity),是《生物多樣性公約》的補充法律文件之一。其為實現《生物多樣性公約》的三個目標提供透明清晰的法律框架。該議定書2010年10月29日在日本名古屋通過,2014年10月12日生效。其目標是確保遺傳資源利益的收益能夠得到公平和公正分享,以便促進生物多樣性的保護和可持續發展。
