葉紅專（1958年6月—），男性，土家族，湖南龍山縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1976年12月加入中國共產黨。湖南廣播電視大學專科學歷。
生平
歷任湘西土家族苗族自治州發展計劃委員會主任、發展與改革委員會主任；鳳凰縣委書記、湘西州委常委兼吉首市委書記；2008年12月任湘西州委副書記、代州長[1]，2009年3月正式當選州長[2]；2013年1月任湘西土家族苗族自治州州委書記[3]。2018年1月至2022年1月任湖南省人民代表大會常務委員會副主任[4]。
中國共產黨第十八屆中央委員會候補委員。
