史鈞傑（1925年—2014年6月5日），河北平山柏坡鎮北莊村人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
1952年，任中共銅陵縣委書記。1976年，任中國科學院安徽激光研究所副所長、中共巢湖地委書記。1980年，任中共安徽省委常委。1982年3月任安徽省委常委、組織部部長。1983年，任中共安徽省委副書記；1985年，任安徽省政協主席[1]。2014年6月5日去世[2]。
