南渡三案，又稱為南都三案，是指南明弘光政權年間的三大案件，林時對稱之為《南都三大疑案》。
這三件大案都與「皇族身份的辨別」有關，背後與「明末黨爭」有極大的關聯。而弘光帝處理得極差，導致失去民心，瓦解了時人對南明的向心力。
