北菲士蘭縣（德語：Kreis Nordfriesland）是德國石勒蘇益格-荷爾斯泰因州面積第三大的縣，僅次於倫茨堡-埃肯弗德縣和石勒蘇益格-弗倫斯堡縣，也是德國最北面的縣，首府胡蘇姆。北菲士蘭縣是北菲士蘭少數民族和丹麥人的故鄉，通行5種語言（德語、低地德語、丹麥語、南朱特語和菲士蘭語的方言北菲士蘭語），是德國語言最豐富的縣，曾經通行於腓特烈施塔特的荷蘭語如今已在那裏絕跡了。
