劉衍泉（葡萄牙語：Lao Hin Chun，1940年－2014年4月9日[1]），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
擔任澳門中華總商會常務理事、澳門有利建築材料行總經理。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[2]，代表特邀澳門人士，分入第五十四組。並擔任人口資源環境委員會專委。[3]
