劉也強（1945年4月—2012年5月11日），吉林伊通人。中國共產黨黨員。北京航空學院（現北京航空航天大學）自動駕駛儀專業畢業，大學學歷。歷任共青團貴州省委副書記、書記；中共貴陽市委副書記、市紀委書記、代市長；貴州省委組織部長等職。1998年2月獲任中共貴州省委常委，2005年1月被補選為貴州省政協副主席，2009年4月退休，2012年5月11日在貴陽逝世[1]。
