劉中民（1964年9月24日—），河南扶溝人，中國化學家。中國民主同盟盟員，中國工程院院士，從事煤化工、石油化工領域應用催化研究與技術開發工作。
生平
1983年取得鄭州大學化學系學士學位，1990年取得中國科學院大連化學物理研究所物理化學博士學位。曾任中國科學院大連化學物理研究所副所長。
2015年12月，當選中國工程院化工、冶金與材料工程學部院士[1]。
2017年3月，任中國科學院大連化學物理研究所、青島生物能源與過程研究所所長[2]。
2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[3]。
